Résumé
This technical note presents an anomaly in the use of the Reynolds number as a kinematic similarity criterion for scale modeling of slot-ventilated enclosures and, based on theoretical considerations and experimental observations, proposes the Euler number, akin to a head loss coefficient, as an alternative kinematic similarity criterion.
